This is a one-day training to teach participants how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

In honor of the fallen of September 11th. The Missing Man Table is a symbolic representation of the fallen, missing or imprisoned military members. Each item on the table will be explained by veteran Domingo Rodriguez in a virtual ceremony.

First Aiders will complete a 2-hour, self-paced class, and then participate in a 4.5 to 5.5-hour, Instructor-led class using videoconferencing technology.
The virtual training is based on new curricula that has been in development for more than a year. It includes expanded content on trauma, addiction and self-care.
Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Mental Health First Aid USA is a alive training program - like regular First Aid or CPR - designed to give ordinary people the skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
